What is it that pushes us everyday to carry on? What do we want from love? Is it that ultimate understanding of another human being that stirs our emotions so deeply that makes us feel unworthy without it? Why is it easier to live your life telling yourself that playing the field is better than an actual relationship, unconsciously thinking that something as powerful as love can break out the order of our lives. Why do people forget to love us back? Why do our friends betray us? Why do our loved ones leave us? Why do we live our lives from dream to dream, dreading the day when the dream ends? Why do we sometimes have the impression that a human being is made of something else than air?
What is it that pushes us everyday to carry on?
Davies.
